Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that acts as a keyboard input works out of the box. Just plug in and scan. No driver installation needed.
Can I run a multi-branch retail chain?
Yes. Retail Growth supports 2 branches, Retail Pro up to 5. You see consolidated sales, transfer stock between branches, and run promotions across all locations.
How does the loyalty program work?
Customers earn points on every purchase. You set the earning rate (e.g. 1 point per 10 EGP) and the redemption value. Tiers (Silver / Gold / Platinum) unlock automatically based on spend. All in the customer portal.
Can I track which products are slow movers?
Yes. The Slow Movers report shows you SKUs that haven't sold in 30 / 60 / 90 days. Pair it with the Top Sellers report to make smart purchase decisions and avoid dead stock.
