How It Started

We started by watching restaurant owners in Egypt struggle with a bad choice: pay thousands for a foreign POS that barely works in Arabic, or manage everything with WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets. Neither option made sense.

So we built Serveotik. Not just a cashier. A full system: POS, kitchen screens, recipe costing, online ordering, inventory, accounting, HR, and delivery management. All in Arabic and English. All in one login. At a price that makes sense for the Egyptian and Saudi market.

Today, Serveotik supports 9 different industries, but restaurants remain our heart. We know that a restaurant owner does not need another software demo. They need their kitchen to stop losing tickets, their food cost to stop surprising them, and their end-of-day numbers to finally add up.
