Does Serveotik work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface โ€” POS, kitchen display, customer portal, receipts โ€” is fully bilingual. Switch language per user. Right-to-left layout works correctly throughout.
Can I run multiple branches from one account?
Yes. Restaurant Starter supports 2 locations, Restaurant Pro up to 5. You see consolidated sales, transfer stock between branches, and assign staff per location.
Does it work with my existing kitchen printers?
Yes. Serveotik supports network and Bluetooth thermal printers. Each kitchen station can have its own printer, or you can route everything to one expo screen.
Can I track recipe cost down to the ingredient level?
Yes. Define ingredients with their purchase price and unit. Build sub-recipes (e.g. tomato sauce). Build menu items from ingredients and sub-recipes. The plate cost updates automatically when you receive a new purchase invoice.
Does it integrate with online food platforms like Talabat?
Direct integration with delivery aggregators is on the roadmap. Today, you can take orders from your own branded online menu, manage your own drivers, and route to your kitchens โ€” without paying a 30% commission.
